Latar Belakang: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) telah terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi emosi negatif pada berbagai kondisi psikologis. Namun, efektivitasnya dalam konteks pasien bipolar, khususnya yang diberikan oleh perawat, memerlukan perhatian khusus. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas MBSR yang diterapkan oleh perawat dalam mengurangi emosi negatif pada pasien bipolar melalui meta-analisis. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review dengan mengikut pedoman PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Melakukan pencarian sistematis melalui basis data elektronik untuk studi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dari studi yang memenuhi kriteria dianalisis menggunakan model efek acak, pencarian dilakukan untuk artikel Berbahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia yang terbit antara tahun 2013-2024. Hasil: MBSR yang diterapkan oleh perawat menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada gejala depresi dan kecemasan pada pasien bipolar. Namun, efek pada gejala manik tidak signifikan. Efek positif lebih jelas terlihat dalam analisis dalam kelompok dibandingkan antara kelompok. Kesimpulan: MBSR yang diterapkan oleh perawat efektif dalam mengurangi emosi negatif pada pasien bipolar, terutama gejala depresi dan kecemasan. Namun, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami mekanisme dan durabilitas efeknya.References
